Return & Refund Policy

At House of Dhapi Private Limited (“Tropup”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for our customers. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you (“Customer”, “you”) may request a return, exchange, or cancellation of orders placed on our platform.

 

By making a purchase on our website, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this Policy.

1. Return and Exchange

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

1.1 Eligibility

You may return or exchange products within 5 calendar days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item is unused and unwashed.

• The item is in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and materials intact.

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect as per your original order.

Please note: Minor differences in color or texture due to screen variation or fabric dyeing are not considered defects.

 

Products not eligible for return/exchange:

• Items marked as final sale or discounted

• Gift cards or gift items

• Customized or personalized items

• Mystery boxes, combo packs, or any bundled offers

• International orders (All international sales are final and non-returnable)

 

1.2 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Submit a request within 5 days of delivery through our portal:

• You’ll be required to provide:

• Order number

• Reason for return/exchange

• Supporting photographs (if applicable)

 

1.3 Pickup & Exchange Fulfillment

• Upon approval, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 3 business days.

• If reverse pickup is not available at your location, please self-ship the item within 5 days of return approval to the following address:

We do not charge return or pickup fees.

 

1.4 Exchange Terms

• You may exchange your product for any item on the website.

• If the exchanged item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.

• If it costs less, the balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Each item is eligible for only one return or exchange. Items received in exchange are not further exchangeable or returnable.

 

2. Cancellations

2.1 Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped by contacting our support team at hello@tropup.com

Full refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

2.2 After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

2.3 Cancellation by Tropup

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion due to unavailability, pricing errors, payment failures, or suspected fraud. In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded in full.

 

3. Refunds

• Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

• Refunds are made to the original payment method.

• If applicable, you may choose to receive store credit valid for 3 months.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• In cases of unauthorized returns, we reserve the right to apply a 30% restocking fee.

4. Limitation of Liability

Tropup’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages.

 

5. Force Majeure

Tropup will not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation delays, labor strikes, pandemics, or civil unrest.

 

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Customers are encouraged to first seek resolution by emailing a complete complaint to hello@tropup.com 

 

7. Modifications

We may revise this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon being posted on our website: www.tropup.com
