What payment methods can i choose from?

We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI, Net Banking & Wallets.

Can i return/cancel my order?

Yes you may, if your order has not been dispatched. Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team at the earliest to change/cancel your order.

How long will it take to process my return?

Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, we will schedule a pickup for the order within 1-3 business days of placing the request with no additional costs. Usually we receive the product in 6-7 days. On receiving, within 2-3 working days we will issue the refund or dispatch the exchanged product if all conditions are met. If the item requested for exchange is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives or issue a refund for the same. This process usually takes 10-15 business days. Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again. 

We do not accept return or exchange for international orders. 

How long will it take to deliver my order?

It usually takes 4-5 working days for domestic delivery. In case of International delivery it usually takes 10-15 working days.

Do you customize products?

We don't offer customization options.

Can i place an international order?

Yes, you may place International order by clicking on “International Shipping“ option given below “check out“ on the cart page. Click on that, and you'll be good to go with your international Tropup order!

Can i place a bulk order?

Yes, you may place bulk order by contacting our customer care.

Shipping & Returns

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email once the product has been dispatched or You can also track your order by clicking on http://www.tropup.com

How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

By reading our “Return & Exchange Policy“ given under each product.

What is the process for recieving a refund after I return my product?

In case of a return, the amount will be refunded either to the original payment method used for the purchase or to the account details provided by you at the time of the refund request. 

In case of Cash on Delivery to get refund in bank account a RazorPay link will be provided to customer via mail/SMS in which customer will fill the details & get reimbursement of the amount in the account. 

OR Store Credit Voucher/ Credit Note will be provided which you can use for future purchases of Tropup.

What is the process to return a product?

You can place your return request within 5 days that product is delivered by selecting 'Return & Exchange' at the bottom of the page. Once you have submitted your return request,we will schedule a pickup to collect the return. You will receive a refund or store credit voucher (as you choose) for the amount of the style/s returned. Note: Once exchanged, the product cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Is there an additional shipping charge?

We provide world wide free shipping.

What can I do if I receive a damaged product?

To request a return, click on "Return & Exchange," upload an image of the product within 24 hours of delivery, and we will schedule a pickup. After evaluating the returned product, the refund will be processed.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can modify it if your order has not been dispatched.

Store Credit Vouchers

What is a store credit voucher?

When you return a product, you may choose to receive the refund in the form of a store credit voucher which is 100% redeemable against purchases and is valid for one entire year.

How do I redeem my store credit voucher?

The store credit code can be applied directly at checkout, and the store credit amount will be auto-deducted from your bill. The code has been emailed to the email address you have registered.

Where can I use my store credit voucher?

You can use your credit voucher on our website only.

When adding your shipping/payment details, apply your promo code in the "Enter Coupon Code" section located under order summary.
